Job Description
The Content Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of Universal Air’s content marketing strategy. This position is ideal for a creative and ambitious individual at the start of their marketing career who is eager to develop their skills and gain practical experience in content creation, digital marketing, and customer engagement. Candidate must be proactive, adaptable, customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management
Assist in creating, editing and publishing engaging content across various platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and blogs. Ensure that all content aligns with Universal Air’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Digital Marketing Support
Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Support the integration of digital content into overall marketing plans, using both physical and digital tools.
- SEO & Analytics
Help optimise content for SEO, monitor performance, and report on key metrics. Assist with the collection and analysis of data to measure content effectiveness and guide future content strategies.
- Social Media Engagement
Assist in managing Universal Air’s social media presence, including posting content, responding to customer inquiries, and engaging with followers to build a strong online community.
- Customer Experience
Support the development and delivery of activities that contribute to a positive customer experience and satisfaction. Recognise the importance of delivering high-quality content that enhances the customer journey.
- Brand Support
Aid in maintaining and protecting Universal Air’s brand identity by adhering to established brand guidelines in all content-related activities.
- Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure content is aligned with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Learning & Development
Engage in continuous learning to develop marketing competencies, particularly in areas such as content marketing, digital integration, and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field.
Previous experience in a content creation role, internship, or related position is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in MS Office, basic understanding of content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools is a plus.
